1. Eligibility:

•    The Program is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding AK & HI), the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are of legal age of majority in their state/province/territory.
• Employees of GIFT & Co. LLC (Sponsor), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion partners, and internet agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible.
• Void in AK, HI, Quebec, and where prohibited.

2. Program Period:

The Program will run in cycles with varying start and end dates. The specific dates for each cycle will be announced on the GIFT & Co. website www.giftnco.com or its android and IOS app if applicable.

3. How to Participate:

A. Earn Points:

Use these points to reach the promo gift target number :

• Each click uses 1 point from your point portfolio and add it to previuse entries made by other participants.
• Points can be earned by making purchases at the giftnco.com website (points are awarded based on purchase amount, excluding sales tax and shipping).

B. Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary):

• Earn 1 free point can be added to any signed up user residing in all 48 states and anywhere GIFT & Co promotional gifts are avalible globaly without a purchase by following these steps:

1. 1. Handwrite your name, address, date of birth, email address, phone number and user ID number on a 3″x5″ piece of paper.
   2. Include a valid hand-written return address (no bulk or metered mail).
   3. Mail it in a #10 business envelope with first-class postage to:

P.O .Box number avalible on the company website www.giftnco.com.

Proof of mailing does not guarantee we received your entry. We will issue a receipt confirming mail reception due to mailing issues.

4. Program Goal:

Each Program cycle will depend on how fast points reach target number and each promo may have a specific target number (e.g., 1,000,000th point for the G- Class Benz ). Each point counter will remain hidden throughout the cycle and no one can access that info including GIFT & Co employees.

5. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be the first participant whose click pushes the hidden counter to the Program’s point target.
• The winner will be announced instantaneously upon reaching the target.

6. Prize:

The prize for each Program cycle will be announced in advance on the GIFT & Co. website www.giftnco.com and apps. The prize value will vary witch will reflect on point target.

7. Winner Notification and Claim:

• The winner will be notified via email and/or by phone call made to the info provided in the user ID profile that added the winning point during the participation.
• The email will include instructions on how to claim prize.

8. Winner Responsibility:

• The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the prize (e.g., registration, title, licensing, insurance).
• The winner may be required to provide proof of eligibility and valid identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport) to claim the prize.
• The winner is required to sign a prize release form, granting permission for GIFT & Co. to use their name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation and to allow advertize and keep GIFT & Co logo on such prize at all times.
• The winner user ID used to add the winning point and/or autorized representitave (  With Notarized Power of Attorney ) must claim and pick up the prize, in person by the end of the 30TH business day of winner notification email date.

9. Release:

By participating in the Program, entrants and winners agree to release GIFT & Co. LLC (Sponsor), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion partners, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of or relating to participation in the Program or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

10. Privacy:

GIFT & Co. respects your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy on www,giftnco.com for details on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information collected during this Promotion. We will not share your information with any third party except as necessary to administer the Program, comply with the law.You will NEVER be asked to provide a credit card, bank information or a payment of any kind as a condition of a prize award.

11. Photos and Videos:

The winner acknowledge and agree that GIFT & Co. may take photos and videos during claiming or receiving the prize. You hereby grant GIFT & Co., its affiliates, and its designees, a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, modify, reproduce, publish, distribute, and otherwise exploit such photos and/or videos in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for advertising, promotional, and/or any other lawful purposes.

The winner further agree to waive any compensations.

14. Promotional Gifts & Point Target Value:

After each point target completion, GIFT & Co team will update its website and apps with the next promotional gift.

• The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time without prior notice.

• Disputes regarding the Program will be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.

20. Arbitration:

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Program will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and will be decided by a single arbitrator in the State of Nevada, USA. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties involved.
